But Mr. Rasha has not yet provided the weighing pictures and relevant evidence when he received the goods, and just verbal description. ​ 2. Before shipping, we have clearly reminded customers that if there are problems with the received goods, they need to give feedback immediately. But up to now, we haven't received any relevant evidence provided by Rahsa. However, the compensation procedure cannot be completed merely by oral description.
